Today's Meals! :)

Breakfast: 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/2 apple, 1/2 cup Kashi fibre cereal
Snack: 1 cup grapes
Lunch: Sandwhich on whole wheat bread with extra lean turkey, lettuce and tomato, small salad with raisins, oil and balsamic
Snack: Celery sticks, pepper slices and Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Dinner: Porkchops with Apples (WW Momentum Cookbook) with Parm Roasted Cauliflower (Biggest Loser cook book)
Snack: Tall Latte
